Windsor Pontoon Standard Features:
  • The Ultimate Saltwater Shield: Fiberglass & Kevlar pontoons are superior over aluminum pontoons in saltwater that are a constant maintenance battle against corrosion and electrolysis. They demand relentless rinsing, acid washing, and the frequent replacement of sacrificial anodes just to keep the brackish water from pitting the metal. The Windsor completely eliminates this headache. Built with your choice of our standard ultra-tough Fiberglass hull or our upgraded Fiberglass/Kevlar ballistic blend, these composite exterior options are entirely impervious to saltwater degradation. There are no anodes to swap, no metallic corrosion to fear, and no specialized coatings required. You get a boat built to thrive in the harshest marine environments without the exhausting upkeep.
  • High-Buoyancy Square Pontoons (25%+ More Buoyant): We have completely replaced traditional round, hollow aluminum tubes with engineered square pontoons made from ultra-tough fiberglass, with an optional ballistic Kevlar / Fiberglass upgrade for maximum impact resistance. Because of their square geometry, they displace more water, offering 25%+ more buoyancy than round tubes of the same width. The result? Your boat floats higher, drafts less, and delivers a rock-solid, stable platform.

  • 100% Composite, Zero-Rot Decking: A pontoon is only as durable as the deck beneath it. Unlike traditional marine plywood that can eventually absorb moisture, soften, and rot, every Windsor pontoon is built with a 100% composite deck that contains no wood. It will never rot, delaminate, or become a breeding ground for mold and mildew, delivering decades of dependable performance with virtually no maintenance.  Engineered with a lightweight structural core, the deck provides exceptional strength while reducing overall weight. It is supported by an extensively reinforced framework with additional crossmembers for a solid, confidence-inspiring feel underfoot. Manufactured from recycled materials and free of harmful VOCs, this advanced composite decking is built to last while supporting a more sustainable future.

  • Solid Closed-Cell Foam Core: Unlike hollow pontoons or traditional pour-in-place foam, every Windsor pontoon is filled with precision-manufactured, lightweight closed-cell block foam. Produced under controlled factory conditions, this engineered foam provides consistent density and dependable performance without the variability of hand-mixed foams. It will not become waterlogged if exposed to water, helping maintain long-term buoyancy and performance. The solid foam core also makes every Windsor boat unsinkable, increases structural rigidity, and significantly reduces vibration and the hollow "drum" sound common in aluminum pontoons. This high-performance buoyancy foam is engineered to withstand water pressures exceeding 1,100 feet without absorption, delivering durability and peace of mind for years to come.
  • Tri Toon Solid, Steady, and Dry Ride: While any boat can take on spray if the conditions get extreme enough, Windsor Tri toon hulls are engineered to handle real-world chop beautifully. Tested in 1 to 3-foot chop out in the Gulf, our custom contoured and sculpted nose carefully carves through the water, cleanly diverting spray downward instead of tossing the boat around. While much larger deep-V boats running ahead slam hard into the waves—throwing massive splashes and forcing rough, slow-up rides—the Windsor easily and comfortably glided right over the chop without taking those heavy, jarring hits. Experienced boaters note just how steady the bow stays, tracking flat, true, and comfortable without the constant, exhausting bobbing of traditional hulls.

  • Flat, Level Turning & Phenomenal Hole Shot: For ultimate performance, our Tritoon configuration takes handling and buoyancy to the next level. We have specifically shaped the rear of the left and right pontoons to keep the boat perfectly flat and level through turns—eliminating both the awkward outward lean of twin-pontoon boats and the unnerving, over-aggressive inward roll found on some standard tritoons. Best of all, we achieve this rock-solid stability without using an overly long rear extension or a deep middle pontoon. This keeps our draft low and allows the motor to be tucked tightly to the transom, getting the boat up on plane quickly with tight, controlled, and comfortable tracking.
  • Built to Order, Built for You: You shouldn't have to settle for someone else's layout. With our upcoming 3D Custom Boat Builder, you become the architect. Customize your floor plan, features, and styling in real-time, and we will build your Windsor exactly to your specifications.
